We want you to love your Riffraff finds, but if a piece doesn't quite hit the right note, we offer easy returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final credit amount.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to shop for your next favorite look.
